The hugely successful marketing campaign has seen 75% of the apartments now sold at 332 Neerim Road, Carnegie
With the display suite now closed and relocated at our newest development launched at 25 Truganini Road, Carnegie, with only 2 weeks on the market and 6 apartments sold there has been extremely strong interest from the local market, first home owners, buyers looking to downsize along with some investors who are attracted to the larger floor plans, location and high quality fit out.
With settlement rapidly approaching at 451 South Road, Bentleigh the “Sold Out” boutique development of 12 apartments over 1 shop has been incredible successful!
Construction commenced in December 2014 so again a huge congratulations to the purchasers and the construction team!
3 Raglan Street, St Kilda East has been incredibly popular with owner occupiers, with 50% of the project now sold construction has commenced with settlement estimated for Easter 2015.
Having sold 80% of the apartments at 6 – 10 Ebdale Street, Frankston and more than 50% of the construction now complete settlement is on target for an October finish.
51 – 53 Buckley Street, Noble Park is currently estimated for completion last quarter 2014 with 70% sold, 25% construction complete with enormous local support we are excited to see the new face of Noble Park unfold prior to Christmas!
Working in with the City of Kingston council’s Moorabbin Structure plan to change the face of Central Avenue, Moorabbin Steller will be launching our biggest development to date late this year.
