Project Update

Merry Christmas to all the Steller Fans!

What a year it has been! Firstly a big congratulations to all of the new purchasers and thank you to all who have supported Steller throughout 2013.
In the last update we saw the launch of the 12 apartment, boutique project at 451- 453 South Road, Bentleigh.

Within 5 weeks, 9 of the 12 apartments were sold and sold predominately to owner occupiers. Most recently, the retail shop was secured by a a local retailer.

The display suite was closed and construction is in full swing and with 70% of the ground works complete the project is well on the way for a late 2014 finish.

What a year on site at 15 – 17 Manchester Grove, Glen Huntly, with the finishing touches going on the building, settlement is fast approaching for the first quarter 2014.

Likewise at 4 Kitmont Street, Murrumbeena the team has ploughed through the  last quarter of this year putting the site in the hot seat for a first quarter 2014 settlement.

As you can see below all of the ground works have commenced over the past 8 weeks at 6 – 10 Ebdale Street, Frankston
